I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I have ample training in trauma informed care, crisis prevention, CBT and DBT as well as emotionally focused therapy, somatic, and Jungian techniques. I have previously worked in a crisis center helping individuals with severe mental illness such as suicide, schizophrenia, psychosis, and homelessness. I have also worked with children that have Autism for many years as an ABA therapist. My most recent experiences have been in others private practices as well as my own. I work with teens and adults, mainly those that have experienced trauma whether that be generational trauma, abuse, childhood trauma, PTSD or C-PTSD. Most of the times that trauma presents as depression and anxiety, intrapersonal conflict, or self-esteem/self-love issues. My approach includes different theories and techniques such as, TF-CBT, emotional focused therapy, somatic therapy, Jungian techniques, mindfulness, and DBT. I tailor my approach to fit my client's needs.
